The liquorice and lightly floral notes in our Kashmiri Masala are not flavour profiles many would associate with traditional Indian cuisine but trust us, you will be inspired with our very special Kashmiri Masala spice blend.

Our Kashmiri Masala is the ideal seasoning for naturally intense-flavoured foods whether it is red meats or vegetables such as okra, mushrooms and onions.
